Co-Founder & President

Neal Richardson, St. Louis native and St. Louis City resident, is a father, mentor, Vice President & Director of Business Impact Group at U.S. bank, and co-founder of Dream Builders 4 Equity. Neal holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Webster University.

Neal’s passion is to build social equity through the financial empowerment of marginalized people and communities.
