Dream Builders 4 Equity's Real Estate Program is working to transform underserved neighborhoods by serving as a catalyst for development. We work with minority contractors and partner them with young adults who have completed two years in our program, giving them the exposure and real-world experience needed to pursue meaningful employment.

Dream Builders 4 Equity acquires vacant nuisance property located in North City St. Louis.
Plan
Our students are given ownership in the property rehab through planning.
Rebuild
Working alongside minority contractors, our youth earn wages while rehabilitating the vacant property.
Earn
The revenue from the sale of the property is invested back into the youth program and provides scholarships for each student.
