The Summer Build Academy is the core of DB4E’s youth-driven community transformation work, where our youth are given the tools, resources, support, and exposure to new opportunities and experience to set them on the path to thrive and lead in their schools, jobs, families, and communities. Dream Builders 4 Equity’s Summer Youth Academy is an 8-week long program that provides underserved youth (ages 16-24) with personal and professional development training, employment, ongoing mentorship, and ownership in the real estate and book publishing programs.
