20th Street Chess Park: Hyde Park Project

Dream Builders partnered with local Designer/Architect Brian Temple of HOK and Dan Carter, an Architect at Lake Flato Architects out of San Antonio, Texas, to bring the vision of a community chess park to life! The goal was to design a unique space that mimics the modular design of a chessboard and also provides seating and flexibility for a versatile pavilion space.
